Purpose

This raffle is conducted by Wadsworth Youth Baseball to support youth baseball programming. All proceeds directly benefit the organization.

Raffle Period

Ticket sales begin February 22, 2026 and end March 7, 2026.
The winning ticket will be drawn on March 8, 2026.

Tickets are $25 each and all sales are final.

This raffle is conducted in accordance with applicable Ohio charitable gaming laws.

Prize Description

One (1) grand prize winner will receive:

Seven (7) consecutive nights lodging at:

Hideaway Cove

Jacksboro, Tennessee 37757

Stay dates: March 28, 2026 (check-in) through April 4, 2026 (check-out)

Prize includes lodging only. Transportation, meals, activities, insurance, and all other expenses are the responsibility of the winner.

Eligibility

• Must be 18 years of age or older to enter.

• The primary guest signing the rental agreement must be 28 years of age or older.

• Void where prohibited by law.

Date Requirement & Redraw

The prize is valid only for the stated dates.

The selected winner must confirm availability within 48 hours of notification.
If unavailable or unresponsive, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn. Redraws will continue until an eligible winner is confirmed.

Prize Restrictions

• Non-transferable

• Non-refundable

• No cash value or substitution

• May not be sold, reassigned, or exchanged

Rental & Property Rules

Winner must sign and comply with the property’s rental agreement and all house rules, including:

• No parties or large gatherings

• Occupancy limits must be followed

• Primary guest responsible for damages

• Pet policy subject to property approval

Violation of property rules may result in termination of stay without compensation.

Winner Responsibilities

Winner is responsible for:

• Travel and transportation

• Meals and incidental expenses

• Optional travel insurance

• Any damages or rule violations

• Any applicable federal, state, or local taxes

Liability Release

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Wadsworth Youth Baseball, its officers, directors, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the raffle or use of the prize, including travel and lodging risks.

Publicity

Winner agrees to allow Wadsworth Youth Baseball to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the raffle unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions

Wadsworth Youth Baseball reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle if circumstances beyond its control affect the integrity or delivery of the prize.
